Of course u can. U can fish with a little weight and a large rod , or a large rod and a nice 30g floater , or even with a lure. On a beach i usually rock a 6m rod and a 20/30g float.

Yes surf fishing. Fish the deeper “cuts” in between the sandbars. Sandbars make waves and in between them is the cut.

As long as there are no signs that fishing is not allowed and you are not on trespassing on private property you can absolutely fish it.
