Yup, happens. We don’t send them out that way, but we’ve received pallets (I work at a wholesaler) when one carton on the edge was mishandled, probably by a fork operator while loading the truck. Insurance, and someone with a higher pay grade than me on the phone with the manufacturer/distributor, is guaranteed.
