I recently bought this tank and I need help on what I need to buy for this tank. I do not have experience owning/raising fishes so good beginner fishes would be appreciated. It's a 40 gallon hexagonal tank by oceanic systems Inc.

For a tank that size I would only get tetras, guppies, or shrimp, but a nice piece of driftwood stood up in the middle with a few plants would look great, and give your fish something to swim around and explore.
