Hello, my tank is running für 5 weeks now and the plants are still growing every day like the is now tomorro, i didnt start trimming yet because my honey guramis(8 in total) need mich plants to have a good live. Is there a point where there are too much plants or is more plants just better.

Second question:
I dont know but all my fish swim in the stream from the filter which i set do go through the tank for my filterlobsters (i dont know the englisch name im german😅 and my english is the yellow from the egg, blue monster schrimp i think ,2 in total) because they need a water stream. Do my other fish swim in there and get yeeted through the tank because they have fun doing it or is it a bad thing.
I think its not so good because all my fish are in the left corner of the tank where they are pushed in by the filter and only the honey gurami are in the right corner by the plants.

Thank you for reading, hope you got no brain rod from it

  2. You can’t really have too much plants as long as obviously you leave room for the fish. Though overcrowding of plants means competition for resources by plants. Some plants will be overshaded and die back, others too close together and the stems will rot allowing the plants to float upward (This is a survival tactic some plants use). I’d give your tank a couple months, see what makes it and what doesnt and focus on the plants that seem to do well in your tank and re-design your layout again at that time.
