Uneven line on spool

I’m trying to spool the line with sufix ice 23lbs 55yards, the spool can hold this line at 50m. No matter what i do the line goes onto the spool uneven, more on the reeling handle side, at this point i’m questioning the reel or i’m just doing something wrong. I have reeled several other reels without ever going through this exact problem.
