One of my favorite fish,a dojo loach, passed away today with no testable or visible reason. I'm not looking for answers… just want to vent/share/relate to others. I don't understand why, when I cry over the loss of a pet, people make fun of me because it's "just a fish". I just wish people would be a little more understanding.

sorry for the loss. we lost 5 clowns that were all over 7 inches. the wife still tears up over it. they become as endeared as a dog or cat, after that long.
