mine does the same and i posted asking about it too, no one really answered but with my own googling they sleep for like half the day, mines also healthy and happy and flairs and eats so i think they’re okay

It’s normal. When bettas sleep they tend ro find places, where they can rest, around the tank.

Yep, those long fins are so tiring to lug around everywhere, gotta take a breather every now and then.
Sometimes they sit at the bottom, but they like finding spots to sit near the top so they can get air easier. They’ll also sometimes sit and blow bubbles at the surface.
