Is it solid wood, or laminated hollowboard / particleboard?
The joints being mitre joints makes me wary, but if it’s solid wood and you turn it so the centre support runs all the way from top to base, I would trust it with a smallish tank.
If it’s particleboard, no way.

I wouldn’t trust that, judging by the way the sides are angled it’s probably held together by those flimsy wooden dowel pins.
