What is this fish?

Sorry for the blurry picture, it’s a screenshot from a video. I’m new to fishing (today was my second day) my girlfriend and I caught 2 of these fish in a river in eastern PA, what is it? I’ve tried to narrow it down but honestly without some knowledge on fish, it’s kind of hard to get an ID off a description of the fish.
