That’s Salvinia but yes it’s gona keep growing so fast that you going to keep on having to take it out and out

Salvinia but that’s not bad to have that much. I’ve let mine cover the entire top and grow into two-ish layers on top of each other and nothing bad happened other than the plants underneath starting to look less healthy. I normally keep about 1/4 of the waters surface covered in floaters and pull them out when they start getting near 1/2. If you want your other plants to thrive more, pull them out more often.
