I found a small area with cracks 10’ down my fly line SA Amplitude floating wf 5wt line. I would like to repair the cracks. Looking for recommendations on whether to use aquaseal, wire heat shrink, or braided mono slipped over the repair.

Well, the only option that would still allow the line to remain flexible in that location is going to be the Aqua seal so I would try that
