Today at my local "junk" store I found this Daiwa Fuego 7ft 2 inch medium/x-fast spinning rod for one heck of a deal. I paired it up with a Daiwa Revros LT-XH@ 6.2:1 and spooled it up with 8lb Trilene Sensation Copolymer in low-vis green. Couldn't be happier. I'm thinking about making this my go to smallmouth rod. Also thinking about purchasing an Ardent spinning reel. Has anyone had any experience with Ardent? If so what is your honest opinion and thoughts on Ardent reels? I'm specifically looking at the Ardent Finesse 2000 spinning reel.
