Betta Fish: Meet Wisp! 💙

I knew I wanted a betta and was committed to giving one the best life I could, but I didn’t expect to love him as much as I do and get this attached so quickly! He’s so affectionate, he’s always swimming to the front of the tank to say hi, he’s so curious about everything in his tank. I can’t help but smile every time I watch him swimming around. Living at my dorm at college has been the first time in my life I haven’t had a pet, so I think getting this little guy has really helped me feel at home here. I never knew a fish could have so much personality before I discovered this subreddit, but I wasn’t expecting my guy to be so friendly especially as soon as I brought him home. I definitely understand how people get addicted to setting up dozens of tanks, I haven’t even had this guy a full three days and already want another lol!

I want to thank all the people on this sub who helped me ensure that I was setting up his tank right, I wouldn’t have been able to get all of this done without the knowledgeable folks on here! 💜
