she’s pregnant. but i don’t know when she’ll lay egg. i watched tons of yt videos and did my research but they’re all so different and seems complicated. i’m afraid other fish will eat the eggs. she hides a lot and became quite aggressive with other fishes.
what should i do? what should i prepare for her? will she lay egg soon?

When her and male make a nest they will be quite aggressive protecting the site. You can then remove whatever they laid the eggs on and rear the fry yourself.
