Helped this young man catch his first fish!

This guy was watching me fish and I asked him if he wanted to try – he caught a big oyster toadfish! Interestingly enough, it’s the same spot and fish as my first only a couple of months ago (which I also posted here)! It was SO rewarding seeing a core memory being made and the look on his face after I reeled it in. It wasn’t that long ago when I was on this sub asking tons of questions on which setup I should buy to get started, and now I had the pleasure of bringing a new angler into the sport. I LOVE FISHING!
