Nothing to measure with, we’ll just all have to guess! (Don’t come at me with 38” lol)
Was on small older Penn int’l conventional, 20# mono and a live 9” mullet on circle hook. Fight was typical big snook, lazy until you got her close and then heavy runs taking about 20yds. 15 minutes roughly.
I typically have caught most of my snook with spinning gear and braid off the beach so this was something different. Released safely of course and lives to fight again.
