It’s uneaten fish food growing mold. You can siphon it out or get bottom feeders that will eat it. Make sure your tank is fully cycled first though. 7 days is definitely not enough time for a tank to establish a bacteria colony unless you seeded your tank with a used filter.

That’s rotting food. If you don’t have any fish that can be a good way to create ammonia to grow bacteria to kick-start a nitrogen cycle in your tank, if you do have fish then you’re overfeeding and the ammonia created by rotting food (alongside the excess fish waste) is likely to kill your fish

Okay, I do have fish so do I need to clean that out and feed my fish less?

Yeah, I also used primer and stabilizer, which adds bacteria in, but Im going to go ahead and clean the tank out and fast the fish for a few days
