He rules his tank with an iron fin and closely oversees all changes we do to it. Today I added some more branches and new leaves at the bottom, as well as rearranged (and added) some plants. Tilly was down there in the mud with my hand, inspecting everything I do. It's both cute and risky! But I enjoy the company, and I'm sure he also likes the action.

His spine also straightened out since we got him, so he's no longer "slouching". I think it's because now he gets to fully stretch and move. He's a very strong swimmer! Probably because he doesn't have a big heavy curtain-like dorsal weighing him down. I really hope he stays this way, and doesn't grow any bigger fins. He's a nice blend between aesthetics and practicality right now. Hopefully health too…

So happy to have him, even if he was a bit of an impulse purchase! 💙
