thats algae. Introduce snails and shrimp to get rid of it and it will be fine.

Yes it’s algae. And it’s okay. But it may multiply fast and cover your aquarium glass and make it look ‘unaesthetic’.
Also, algae suggests that your tank has more light than what’s needed. Maybe try lowering the light exposure time.
Not related to your question but coloured pebbles and coloured substrate is extremely stressful and toxic to fishes. It’s cause of the slow chemicals it releases and also it’s such an unnatural colour for fishes to live in.
Maybe try changing it sometime and add more plants <3
