Betta Fish: Update on “Bloat, Dropsy or Just Full?”

So, after everyone’s help yesterday I decided to ‘fast’ Sakris for a few days. This morning when I turned on the lights I checked on him and saw he seemed to be getting worse. At first I did agree with everyone that it was likely constipation, that is until this morning when I saw the way his scales seem to be raising (see picture 1). From above he doesn’t seem too ‘pineconed’ (see picture 2), but the ‘bulge’ has definitely gotten more pronounced then yesterday (see picture 3 for this morning, picture 4 is yesterday). So, just in case, what should I be looking for in terms of potential treatment for dropsy? I know him surviving it if it is dropsy is low (exception not the rule) but I want to give him as best a chance as I can.
