I’d probably grab the okuma out of those 2. You really get what you pay for with reels. A better step up from there would be a Pfluger President size 20 for creek and stream fishing. They’re best in class for the price range imo. I use one on my backup trout rod. My primary is a Shimano Nasci 500 for smaller creeks
