Heartbreak 💔. I left my rod leaned against the garden fence because I was lazy and heading out to fish again tonight. At some point overnight the cows trampled it into 3 pieces. Whats a decent mid/range rod to replace it with. Mostly river fishing rainbows.
I got a Clearwater after breaking my 5wt in a slip accident. I went with a 10” 4wt and it’s solid.

2. Redington Classic trout (such a fantastic rod for the price)
I have well over 20 rods now, mostly from Seattle based rod manufacturers (Sage, OPST, Redington, Echo) and the Classic trout is my go to for rivers when I am fishing one handed. Sage all the way for salt though.

What brand? If it’s orvis they’ll replace it quickly for a small cost. If not, once again, Orvis. Hard to beat their warranty, especially with how quick they are. Clearwaters a good rod. We have 2
