I would even say this is *under* crowded. Betas love thick forests and plants.

As in plants? To me personally it a little undercrowded lol.
You could easily afford to put at least a couple more plants either behind or to the sides of the driftwood. Give the fish more opportunity to explore around and have things to look at. Put up some leaf hammocks/betta shelfs near the top too for extra resting spots.
Honestly took me a 2nd watch to actually see the betta hiding away in the long plant. Seems he likes it. Deffo have the space for more plants like it! š

If this is for a betta I agree with the other comments, add more plants. My betta loved Java ferns
