Aquariums: Thoughts on tank and stock?

Tank: 36 gallon bow front with 800l/h internal filter + home made sponge filter with zeolite and 150w heater.

Stock: 1 big shrimp colony, 2 bristlenose plecos, 3 swordtails, 6 khuli loaches and 7 yoyo loaches (planning to move the yoyos once they get bigger)

Parameters are stable.
