Looks like nerite snail eggs. Only hatch in brackish water from what I know and are a pain to scrub off

Those are infertile nerite snail eggs. Easy to remove from glass. Absolute pain in the butt to remove off hardscape and filtration. You will have to scrape each one off individually. Not fun. Nothing that I’m aware of eats them.
