It’s a type of shiner. Common shiner or maybe Alabama shiner. Stripped Shiner? First one might be a Blue Shiner. (As you can tell there are a lot of subtle differences between these guys. It’s definitely not a Warpaint Shiner though. Missing the stripe.)
I catch these on accident pretty often while trout fishing up in Helen, GA.
