I'm thinking of either getting 2 more goldfish (I already have one) or maybe some other kind of small fish, is this tank big enough?

The tank said ten gallons when I bought it, but it's currently holding 8, I don't think 9 would fit with the filter I have.

For size reference, I used a 10 fl oz bottle of body wash from bath and body works. The tank is about 2 bottles tall and 3 bottles long, with depth of about 1.5 bottles.

Three fancy goldfish would need 50-75 depending on type.

Rams are fun. They bond. Have babies they’ll care for etc.

Or a betta and a handful of Cory cats another possibility.

Hey, so… Goldfish aren’t really small fish and get at least about 6 inches long minimum (1ft is their full adult size, but not all reach it due to genes)

You could keep a betta fish or some shrimp in there though! But no more goldfish or goldfish in general.

(I know you likely didn’t know how messy and space demanding goldfish are, but yeahh…)
