Betta Fish: Just upgraded my boy to a 10g

I had him in a 5G tall GloFish tank (regular light) heavily planted. Honestly I don’t think either of us were happy with that setup, so I went out and bought him a 10g threw 2 snails in there with him to help with algae and he seems so much happier and his color is much brighter.

I plan on adding more plants to the substrate soon

Also a shrimp climbed his way out of my shrimp tank and into this tank. I think he’s trying to die but he refuses to let me catch him and get him out.
