they’re not green sunfish. i’m not fully versed in the other bluegill adjacent species. but they dont have the green sunfish look. first looks like a bluegill to me, a GS would have orange fins and a much bigger mouth. but the black dot is big so it’s probably a longear or something. second one looks like a bluegill to me. i think they turn dark like that sometimes.
