My first Peacock ever in South Florida (Palm Beach County). I sorta cheated and used live shiners but god damn I ended up with 6 peacocks and 6 largemouths and it was a blast. I know technically they aren’t a bass but I figured you guys would appreciate how beautiful they are.

Welcome to south Florida. They are much more prone to hitting jerkbaits and reaction baits this time of the year then largemouth. Shiners are for women and children this far south
