Setup for the shimano dc… paired with a 7’3 MH duckett rod, 12 lb flouro. Watched a video on how to properly set it up and it was scary casting it Everytime because the spool tensioner isn’t really suppose to be tight I guess, just so that the spool doesn’t move side to side inside the reel.. if that makes sense. But as long as my thumb was near it it never backlashes 😮💨 very promising reel and the reeling is soooo smooth. Sorry for double post lol
