Fish it well, and send him random fish pictures like once a month until the end of time. A bottle of Blanton’s doesn’t hurt (if he drinks), getting an artist to draw/paint a particularly pretty fish you catch on it and getting it framed for your dad’s buddy, giving back to the community via Casting for Recovery, Project Healing Waters, Wounded Warriors or the like.
