Betta Fish: Our boy Jeff passed away last night

Last night Jeff swam across the rainbow bridge. I opened his tank to feed him and found he had died in his favorite resting spot. Back in March we noticed a large lump on his side that didn't respond to antibiotics, so we are suspecting some form of cancer. We did a water test when we found him and our parameters are good. I suppose it was just his time. Me and my wife buried him in the park near our home.
