I recently wanted to try fishing for the first time, but have zero clue what gear I need, nobody to ask either. Luckily I’ve found a couple rods left over from my father, but again I have no idea, whether they’re any good or not. Oh, I should probably mention, that I’m planning to fish for freshwater river and lake fish. Both rods are 5m long.
