Went native brook trout fishing in VERY urban southern nh. Found a stream loaded with big natives. Caught this one, which was 10 1/4 inches and I assume full of eggs. I caught another super pretty male that was probably 11 inches, and other probably 8. I also caught one probably 5. I had one hit me, that honest to God had to have been 16-18 inches. He came out under a concrete lip beneath a bridge culvert. It had a giant, red, square tail. This was only 10 minutes from new hampshire's biggest city, manchester. This stream isn't stocked including any other streams within 10-15 minutes.
