Was at a lake and ended up talking to a older guy fly fishing he ended up showing me the trail to the lake nexts door. As I was casting he told me that I should be using a 7 foot instead of a 6 foot with braid. So this I’m gonna go to a lake and chuck a couple chatters around on 25lb braid with an 8lb mono stealth green leader, I wanna get a fish on a chatter hoping for a nice bass or maybe my first pike but idk. I never have luck on big lures
