Bought this beautiful betta at petsmart and it was listed as “assorted male koi” well I’ve had him for around a month now and he looks more like a she imo. I try to look for an egg spot and a few times I have seen what I “thought” was an egg spot but it’s nothing like the eggspots I’ve seen online from an actual girl betta. Soo did petsmart list my bettas gender wrong or am I just being paranoid. I’ve been going through this for a few weeks now and I can’t for the life of me figure this out. Some expert please help me out here….id just really like to know.
Filter. Heated @76 degrees constant. 5 gallon. Planted fully. Gravel substrate. 25% water changes weekly. Mopani woods.
