Depends on the hardware condition. The parts, number and size of plants, etc would probably cost the same or more new. That’s not including the fish you’re getting too. That amount of fish would cost you a lot, even if it’s guppies.

It depends how many guppy people you have in your area if you have to start shipping guppies to sell them it goes from passive income to just being another job.
Also depending on your fish store they will most likely only offer you store credit for your livestock unless you are established fish breeder with a history of selling quality livestock.
Also I think regardless of filtration this tank is very overstocked and it’s one missed maintenance away from crashing and massive livestock die off. All the special equipment the seller is boasting about like mega sponge filters and huge air stones literally goes for under 5-10 bucks usd and are nothing special.
