I replaced the stock handle on a quantum accurist with a Amazon power handle. I use the reel for fluke (flounder) fishing on saltwater. I am pretty good about always rinsing it but it has some issues with the drag. In order to service the drag it seems like I need to remove the power handle but it is stuck on the shaft that holds it in. It is either rusted on or cold welded on. I tried wd40, evaporust, a little heat, a little force. I cannot figure out a way to remove it without damaging the entire reel. I could use a Dremel to cut the metal of the handle but hoping not to. Does anyone have any other ideas?
