So I got pretty hooked on the promo these guys were blasting in my face 🤣 I don’t even know how this brand kept popping up but I fell into the hole. The rod is a 7’ MH physchedelic inshore. It’s decent but I feel like for $200 it’s 100% better quality brands out there. The blank is solid the rod has a lot of backbone I have no problem setting the hook, I am not a fan of the split grips nor the reel seat it’s just not comfortable on my hands. I intentionally bought this rod to throw topwaters and spoons but it just doesn’t have enough sensitivity to work the lures the way I like so I turned it into a popping cork rod and I feel that’s where this rod shines but I wouldn’t recommend it tbh, You don’t need an expensive rod to throw popping corks, the backbone is the highlight of the rod. It definitely has the ability to secure fish out of its class range. I’ll keep it for when I wanna throw corks or when I’m fishing with guests but overall I won’t purchase again, i will only be supporting Texas made rods from now on. Tight lines 🤙🏽
