Betta Fish: Fish steeling food

I have a betta fish that I have had alone in a tank for around a week and recently introduced a mystery snail and 3 zebra danios to the tank. I don’t know if it’s that the betta needs to get used to its new tank mates or what but he dosent seem to eat as much as he did before. The zebras danios hit the food as soon as it hits the water and I think that’s the main problem. Any help would be appreciated
