Awww super cute. Tell me about these guys, I’ve never seen one before. What sort of setup can they be kept in?

I think pufferfish are super cool and have been looking into getting a freshwater one for my 75 gallon. The only thing that struck my mind was cleaning the tank and knowing they carry tetrodotoxin. Should I really be concerned about him attacking my hand? How do you go about feeding and taking care of this fellas tank?
