Hi everyone,
So I usually fish on a baitcaster but have recently decided I wanted to make a spinning set up for my lure fishing aswell. My friend gave me an old reel of his and I’d love to use it on my new rod, I’m just wondering if it’ll be alright considering it’s a carp reel? My friend said it will be good for dead baiting but not as good at spinning, what do you guys think?
