Decided to try fly fishing this year since I haven't really tried something new in awhile and I've grown to love it more than I ever expected. This guy was the high point of three very different days on three very different rods (old 3# Scott my buddy "indefinitely leant" to me, cheap Tenkara rod, and 5# Echo) and I think more than anything what I love is the places fishing brings me. My buddy that got me into this is all about going as far away from people as possible and I feel 100% confident that I never would have gone to this canyon if it weren't for fishing.
