One week into ascend 12t ownership

Took her out on her first trip! Fell in love and decided I wanted to add a couple things to the yak to make my life better/ easier. First on the list was a garmin striker4, I was able to get one locally on marketplace brand new for only $60! Got it mounted up and made my own arm out of pvc for the transducer. This way it is foldable and can be moved out of the way if needed. Next I did the seat raise mod since I did find the seat to be a little low for my own taste. Lastly I want to add a small trolling motor, I plan to cut the tube down to a good size and control the steering with the foot pedals like many others have done. Overall this is my first kayak and I plan to keep her for a long time!
