I’ve recently found out venom is a boy & all the rest are girls.. venom has been highly interested in the others & I think Finn Ryder was already pregnant (when we brought her).. I’m a newbie with fish, any advice on Molly fish appreciated

My first thought is to the system; how long has this system been running, and what’s the capacity?
I’m seeing an entirely artificial system with a Sponge Filter.
Advice for any Livebearers would be to prepare for a massive increase in population. Some will use a breeder box to catch and transfer fry to a smaller system.
You can then sell these on should you wish not to keep them. Though be aware of birth deformities and be prepared for necessary culling.
Livebearers which breed frequently often live shorter lives, and can occasionally see reduced immune systems. It can be important to monitor more closely for health concerns.
