  2. Love the scape and a beautiful betta!!

Just two suggestions – (i) Swap the fine filter floss and coarse filter sponge positions, you want the water through coarse then fine. (ii) Explore putting some sort of black film over the filter section in the front/side view to cover it and frame it better!

  3. Hi, I found your video by accident (but now liked and subbed) since yesterday I have been looking at the Aquamanta nano 80 led aquarium and cabinet because it has a built-in sump but you seem to have achieved exactly what I was looking for – hiding the filter, heater and everything else without the worry that sumps come with. Thank you so much for this inspiration since I hope to one day do something like this on a MASSIVE aquarium. Peace from Berkshire.

  4. I'm very confused about the filtering system. Isn't the whole idea of a filter like this that the water first passes through the rough material to lose any big pieces like plants, then through the somewhat finer material and then finally through the very fine material? I don't understand why the coarse material is at the bottom. After the water has already passed through the fine material it doesn't seem like the coarse material at the bottom is going to filter anything useful.

Other than that, very nice tank! I always love how you wait a couple weeks/months to show how the plants grew and how the tank changed. I also personally prefer the tanks with living creatures and not just plants but that's a personal preference :). I myself like to make diorama's and dollhouse furniture and I'm learning some new techniques here, very handy 😛

  5. That's gorgeous!!!! But how do u keep the Algee from growing , is there a type of fish to fix that problem, I have two beta fish tank and I'm always getting that green slimmy algee in it , is there a fish I cud get that will help that? ….I love ur videos thank u for sharing

  6. Another gorgeous scape, and your choice of betta was top-notch!!! You should name him Sapphire or Cobalt!!! He's such a gorgeous color of blue!😊😊😊
