New shrimp tank in the making (5 gal cube currently cycling). Was not my idea but I m going with it and like the scaping!
I put water and sponge filter from the 65 gal, but I m waiting a few weeks before adding shrimps. Any advice to speed up cycling in this case? Or should it be considered ok in like 2 weeks?

Multi tank syndrome isn’t just two tanks imo. You have to have at least five lol
