I somehow forgot my reel at home. Set up a makeshift euro nymph/tenkara setup with just tippit and still had a great day!
It’s small but my first shark 😂 Sharpnose shark. Recent storms brought in tons of these at the pier. No size limit on these in Florida but released, if I ever catch a bigger one I’ll try it.
Got the curado dc today, paired it with a fenwick hmg, 40lb braid, and got my Diawa Regal a new rod, went with the bps fish eagle. My wallet is gonna poison my drink later 😭

I believe this is “freshwater sponge” – it’s completely harmless but not always the prettiest. It’s a sign of a healthy tank though.
