  1. I would add some small river pebbles on the bare areas. It will look more natureal.. also, for algee, get a bunch of niright snalls and some. Corry cats fish, great cleaner crew. I also like rabbit snails.. and the nice thing about these snails. They do not breed in fresh water.

  2. Awesome video!!! I'm still doing my hw on having clown fish/salt water, but I am holding off on them so I can replace my carpet and redo my room!!!! Can't wait!

  3. Some woos with those Anubias would look great on the right side ,it's bare and you have all that mancanita ,attach the anubias to some .☘️🌱🌿🍃☘️🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟

  4. Those bettas all meed a tank of their own that is much bigger. Trimming the bonsai trees is not giving them more space. They need multiple more gallons not a few twigs removed.

  5. Congo Tetras, Melanotaenias (all types are cool), Rummynose school pretty nice or some Killifish for the surface are an option as well (maybe not because the altums can also be surface fish)

  6. Was great to see the Tropheus.

I've got 30 Tropheus Duboisi growing out at the moment with some beginning their transition. Our tanks seems to be in similar stages as well, the algae is growing out on the rocks and they're constantly grazing on the algae. Been running for about 2 months with lights on 13 hours per day.

  7. Hi Joey your tanks always look awesome, have you considered some bleeding heart tetras 🤔 I just think they look better than your average red tetras, as they have a beautiful red and white long flowing dorsal fin and of course the bleeding heart, I just think they stand out more, as for your Halloween tank maybe some dragon stone rock or some perhaps black and White marble stone could look good broken up 🤔, I'll look forward to seeing that good luck and keep up the great videos awesome 👍💯

  8. Awesome fish!
I'd get some vallisneria or swords more towards the back in the 16ft if you haven't already thought of that, I think it'd look cool and more green, as well as cover the flow a bit on the sides so the altums dont stay in the middle as much

  9. Hey Joey, from my experience with angels it could help when you build in some vertical wood reaching the surface – in their natural environment they use those logs or twigs as cover, hence the body shape – Geophagus look stunning

  10. I once had the problem that Corydoras ploughed up my whole tank and straightened the sand that was supposed to rise to the rear. I don't know if that works in such a large tank. But I think that a larger school of Corydoras would distribute the sand quite well, so that it is evenly distributed on the ground.

  11. I found my Betta did well with neon tetras but the trick was establishing the neons first. Then when I introduced the Betta. He didn't feel like his territory was being invaded. The neons where already there. As there was school, he would chase them around but never ever concentrated on just one fish, and too, the neons plenty of places
to hide, so they all got along great. Sadly, he eventually developed a tumor on his side that turned out to be fatal. Love that fishy!

  12. For over a decade my favorite combo has been geos, angels, and lemon tetra. The lemon tetra get quite large are probably my favorite tetra aside from congos.
